First off water education meeting for 2025 Topic Yoga for Paddlers - Want to improve your roll - Do more yoga.
Alida will lead us in a series of movements designed for kayakers! Bring a mat or towel to put on the floor. There will be a few extras. Don't forget to sign up for a chance to win a REI gift card.
There will be a Board meeting at 6 pm. The presentation will begin at 6:45 pm.
