ISK is offering a Towing Clinic on Wednesday, September 30th from 5 pm to 7 pm.
Most of us wear a tow belt or have a deck mounted contact line but when was the last time you practiced using them? Join Sam Grubisich for a two hour clinic on towing Sept 30th at Bush Lake.
Attendees must provide their own towing kit.
We will start on land discussing the pros and cons of the different tow belt configurations and then move to the water for practice. Attendees will get wet and will spend time in the water.
The clinic will start 5PM sharp, don’t be late.
This is an American Canoe Association (ACA) insured event. There is a $10 fee for non-ACA members for the insurance. A signed ACA waiver will be required and can be completed at the event. If you are an ACA member, bring your member number so the insurance fee can be waived.
